He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal for Quality in Healthcare, Communications (Oxford University Press) and as a subject matter expert for the World Health Organization, International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua), and the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).
