Description: AI in Healthcare: Scaling & Optimization is the advanced Level 2 course from SmartSigma AI and ACHE-SETC. It is designed for healthcare leaders who are ready to move from implementation into sustained, measurable AI performance. This course is built around the SmartSigma AI Optimization Model — a proprietary framework developed specifically for the realities of healthcare AI — that integrates three disciplines into a single, coherent approach to scaling AI responsibly and effectively.
