1. Refund Eligibility Window

• Full Refunds: You are eligible for a 100% refund if your request is submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the official course start date and time.

• Once the Course Begins: After the course has officially commenced (the date of the first live session or the release of the first module), all sales are final. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued.

To maintain our high standards of reliability and internal capability building, our course materials—including tailored AI roadmaps and process optimization frameworks—are considered "consumed" once access is granted. This policy ensures the integrity of our digital intellectual property.

3. Course Cancellations

In the unlikely event that SmartSigma AI must cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness or technical failure), students will be offered:

• A full 100% refund of the course fee.

• The option to transfer their registration to the next available cohort.
