SmartSigma AI Partners with ACHE–Southeast Texas Chapter on New AI in Healthcare Leadership Course

SmartSigma AI has partnered with the ACHE–Southeast Texas Chapter to create and deliver a new virtual applied course on AI leadership in healthcare.

About the Course

AI in Healthcare: Leadership Essentials is designed to support healthcare leaders across all career stages in navigating AI adoption within their organizations. The course was developed to address the growing need for leadership guidance as healthcare systems increasingly integrate artificial intelligence into their operations.

Running from January 14 through March 25, 2026, the program consists of 10 live virtual sessions that blend instructional content with practical application.

Course Content

The curriculum covers essential areas (didactic and application) for healthcare leaders working with AI, including:

• AI use cases in healthcare

• Governance frameworks

• Risk management

• Change leadership

Dr. Greenhill will lead the course with Edward O'Connor, both bringing healthcare leadership experience and expertise in AI implementation. Participants that complete

the course will receive a certificate, ACHE Qualifying Credit, and 2 digital badges with a Microcredential from SmartSigma AI.
